Masterbatch is also called color masterbatch. It is a new type of special colorant for polymer materials. Let's take a look at the composition of masterbatch:
 
1. Polyoxymethylene is 30-80 parts, one or two of copolymerized formaldehyde or homopolyformaldehyde, and the melting temperature is 190-230.
 
2. The toner is 20-70 parts, and is one or more of cadmium red, cadmium yellow, cadmium orange, iron oxide, mercury red, ultramarine blue, indigo blue, indocyanine green or carbon black.
 
3. The dispersing agent is 0.1-5 parts, and is one or more selected from the group consisting of polyethylene wax, polypropylene wax, modified polyethylene wax or paraffin wax.
 
4. The auxiliary agent is 0.01-2 parts, and is one or more of a plasticizer, a filler, an antioxidant, a light stabilizer, an antistatic agent or a coupling agent.
