How to choose filler masterbatch?
Pv:0

Filler masterbatch: In the process of plastic processing, the pellets obtained by mixing various additives, fillers and a small amount of carrier resin are composed of carrier resin, filler and various additives. Performance and cost are primarily dependent on the carrier resin.
The masterbatch is composed of carrier resin,  filler and various auxiliaries. The limit of the auxiliary in the masterbatch or the content of the filler is several times to ten times higher than the amount required in the actual plastic product. In the molding process, the ratio of the masterbatch to the matrix resin must be adjusted according to the content of the relevant components in the masterbatch and the amount to be added in the actual product. The masterbatch can be generally divided into a common filler masterbatch (referred to as a filler masterbatch) and a functional masterbatch, such as a color masterbatch, an anti-fog drip masterbatch, and the like. The main component of the filler masterbatch is a filler, which is mainly used for the processing of polyolefins (polyethylene and polypropylene), also known as polyolefin filler masterbatch.

The polyolefin-filled masterbatch is composed of a carrier resin, a filler and various additives, wherein the filler accounts for up to 90% of the main component. Polyolefin filled masterbatch is mainly used in the production of polyolefin plastics such as polyethylene and polypropylene. Such as: polyethylene hollow blow molding products, polyethylene injection molded products and polyethylene film, polypropylene woven bags, woven cloth and packing tape. Generally, when selecting the raw and auxiliary materials of the olefin-filled masterbatch, it is considered that the use performance is good and the cost is low.
