Solution: increase extruder compression ratio

Cause 5: The die pressure is too small
Solution: Adjust the die size and choose the appropriate cavity pressure

Third, the film tear strength is impaired
Reason 1: The inflation ratio is not up to standard
Solution: Replace the die to ensure sufficient blow ratio

Reason 2: Technical error in bubble shaping
Coping method: Reasonably adjust the shape of the film planer

Reason 3: improper drafting ratio
Coping method: redeploying the ratio

Reason 4: The material of the blown film filler masterbatch is not up to standard
Solution: Replace the blown film filler masterbatch
