Reasons for color difference in filler masterbatch
07/19/2018
In the plastics industry, the common method to enhance the use of
plastics is to add filler masterbatch. It is this large demand that has
led to the widespread use of filler masterbatches. Not only in the plastics industry, but also in more industries. However, many companies find that the filler masterbatch often
appears too dark or too light in the production process. Many companies
are not sure what is the problem. For this situation, let's take a
closer look.
Reason one: the color has not been carefully tested, and the pigment is too little or too much;
Reason 2: The metering of the filler masterbatch in the
processing process is inaccurate. Some small domestic enterprises,
especially some processing-type workshop enterprises, often have such
inaccurate measurement phenomena;
Reason 3: There is a big problem in the matching of the filler
masterbatch with the resin. This may be due to improper selection of the
carrier for filling the masterbatch, or it may be that the manufacturer
arbitrarily changes the resin variety;
Reason 4: The temperature of the machine is improper, especially
high. The filling of the masterbatch in the machine is too long, causing
the toner to burn off.
Basically,
there are four main reasons for the chromatic aberration. Therefore,
the problem of chromatic aberration occurs in the process of filling the
masterbatch. The processing modes can be changed from these four
aspects and basically solved.
