Since the color masterbatch manufacturing factory has applied the properties of the applicable resin in the manufacturing process, the pigments (dyes), additives, processing equipment, and processing technology have been reasonably selected, and for the color difference of the different batches of toner in the production process, the timely correction, color complementary, and inspection at the factory is done, so that the same color of the masterbatch can be guaranteed, the two batches of color remain relatively stable. (3) Compared with the method of produce plastic product after dry dyeing and granulation by batch, the color masterbatch can reduce the aging of the resin caused by the secondary processing of the plastic product, which is beneficial to the improvement of the service life of the plastic product. Color masterbatch coloring also has its limitations. Due to the small amount of addition, the processing time of plastic products is short, and it is limited by the length-to-diameter ratio of the screw of the extruder, the dispersibility of the color masterbatch is often inferior to that of the toner. It must also be higher than the coloration of the toner. When the carrier in the masterbatch differs from the performance of the resin to be colored, the surface of the plastic product often has undispersed spots, stains, and patterns. Therefore, the use of the masterbatch is limited due to its compatibility and dispersion, and the production of color masterbatch requires a minimum order quantity, which is not suitable for the production of injection molded parts with a small number of non-universal colors.
