The masterbatch is composed of carrier resin, filler and various auxiliaries. The limit of the auxiliary in the masterbatch or the content of the filler is several times to ten times higher than the amount required in the actual plastic product. In the molding process, the ratio of the masterbatch to the carrier resin must be adjusted according to the content of the relevant components in the masterbatch and the amount to be added in the actual product. The masterbatch can be generally divided into common filler masterbatch (referred to as a filler masterbatch) and functional masterbatch, such as color masterbatch, anti-fog drip masterbatch, and the like.
The main component of the filler masterbatch is filler, which is mainly used for the processing of polyolefins (polyethylene and polypropylene), also known as polyolefin filler masterbatch. Selection of raw and auxiliary materials for polyolefin filler masterbatch: Polyolefin filler masterbatch is composed of carrier resin, filler and various additives. The filler is the main component, up to 90%. Polyolefin filler masterbatch is mainly used in the production of polyolefin plastics such as polyethylene and polypropylene. Such as: polyethylene hollow blow molding products, polyethylene injection molded products and polyethylene film, polypropylene woven bags, woven cloth and packing rope. Generally, when selecting the raw and auxiliary materials of the olefin-filler masterbatch, the good use performance and low cost must be considered.
