The difference between masterbatch and filler masterbatch
09/03/2018
There are many varieties of masterbatch in China, including colored masterbatch, white masterbatch, and black masterbatch. How can we identify such a wide variety of classes?
Before
we understand these masterbatch products, we should first understand
their different roles. Wherever we use them, as long as we understand
the properties of masterbatch and the different characteristics of
different masterbatch products, we know how to identify masterbatch. So what is the difference between masterbatch and filler masterbatch? Let's take a look:
Common
color masterbatch characteristics: ordinary carbon black polyethylene
resin as a carrier, experienced high temperature and compact. Ordinary carbon black is highly adaptable and easy to evacuate.
It is used in general resin, blown film, wire, pipe, plastic, wire drawing, etc.
Filler
masterbatch characteristics: It has the characteristics of good
dissolving plasticity, strong anti-oxidation and aging resistance, and
large filling capacity, which enhances the hardness, rigidity,
compressive and wear resistance of the filled product, and reduces the
shrinkage of the product and the deformation caused by shrinkage etc., it is used in most plastic blown film, injection molding,
pipe, sheet, etc., thus reducing the production cost of the enterprise.
From
the above information, it can be concluded that the masterbatch is
different from the filler masterbatch. Although the products used in the
masterbatch and the masterbatch have a common point, they are plastic
and plastic products, but their functions are different. One is for coloring mainly, and the other is for filling mainly, which is the difference between them.
